Separate dependency-trigger runs from the latest commit
Dependency-triggered runs will show up grouped under the current HEAD commit tracked by a stack.
This is not very obvious since they don’t “belong” to the commit. We’ve seen many dependency-triggered runs show up grouped under a seemingly unrelated latest commit in the UI.
One idea is to have them grouped separately.

It becomes confusing who is responsible for applying these kinds of runs as well.

Excellent point. We’re working on a redesign of the stack runs view where the commit is no longer used for grouping. This is a bit of a background task to be honest because other things tend to take higher priority. But we’ll get there, eventually.
If you don’t mind I am going to use this ticket to gauge overall interest, which will help us prioritize this redesign in the future.
