Separate dependency-trigger runs from the latest commit

Dependency-triggered runs will show up grouped under the current HEAD commit tracked by a stack.

This is not very obvious since they don’t “belong” to the commit. We’ve seen many dependency-triggered runs show up grouped under a seemingly unrelated latest commit in the UI.

One idea is to have them grouped separately.
