Show Blueprint Description on Direct-Link View

Current Behavior:
When users open a Blueprint via a direct link, the Blueprint description is not displayed. The description only appears when navigating to the Blueprint from within Spacelift.

Expected Behavior:

The Blueprint description should be visible in the direct-link view, allowing users to access important context and additional information without needing to navigate through the app.
