Show effective permissions per user in the Users List when using IdP group management

When using IdP group management on the users list (https://*.app.spacelift.io/settings/users), it would be nice to be able to see a user's effective permissions. It already shows which groups the IdP sent to Spacelift for cross-referencing, but having the resolved permissions there too would make it much easier to rule out misconfiguration when debugging access issues.
