Show more text in strings in visual changes view before collapsing

Even on a screen with plenty of space, I feel like relatively short strings are getting cut off in the recent update to the visual changes view, and I have to click the … to see what the full string text is. It would be nice if more text was shown before getting cut off, especially if there’s room for it on my screen.

Also, it would be nice if the (known after apply) values also showed in the visual changes view, I feel like in some cases that may be unexpected and point to a problem.
