Show policy input for ignored run events

Problem
When viewing ignored runs, it would be helpful to see the policy input that corresponds to each ignored run event. Currently, debugging requires manually searching through policy samples, which can be very time-consuming for policies with large sample sets. Surfacing the policy input inline in the ignored runs list would make policy debugging significantly faster.
