Hi, closing this one out for now. It's had limited interest since being raised, and managing Slack channel integrations via a dedicated Terraform resource isn't on the near-term roadmap.
Today, Slack routing is handled through notification policy rules rather than a standalone resource. We'll keep this on file, and if we see more demand for fully declarative management of the Slack integration, it's a good candidate to revisit. Thanks for the suggestion.
