We would like to be able to use the Slack integration + a notifications policy to send some messages as replies in a thread. This is so that we can group related notifications together. For example, when a stack run is queued, a notification could be sent as a standard message to a channel, but subsequent events for that stack run (ie plan) could be sent as replies to the intial message, making a thread.
