Sorting by Delta

Currently, the filters don’t allow you to sort by delta. I think this could be as simple as sorting as the sum of all changes, or potentially giving more weight to updates/deletes.

we have a set of stacks that deploy standard customizations to many AWS accounts, it would be nice to see what has drifted the most or needs the most updates.
