Source code integration maintenance window

It’d be nice to be able to define a maintenance window for our source code integrations. When we upgrade our GitLab instance (for example), we know it’ll be unavailable for an x period of time. If we could pre-define a maintenance window (or even just temporarily disable the source code integration), it’d save us from a lot of unnecessary alerts.
