Support Logical OR for Multiple Approval Policy Evaluation

We’ve found that requiring ALL approval policies to evaluate to approve before a run can be confirmed does not align with many of our use-cases. Is there a way we can configure this to require ANY policy to evaluate to approve instead? (i.e logical OR instead of AND). Or better yet give us the ability to configure this on a per-stack basis!
