Opentofu and Terraform both have testing frameworks. I realize Terraform will be hard to support given the license changes but adding it for the sake of completeness.
I was able to jam something together using a hook. Not super pretty, but it works. Something like:
opentofu -chdir=../ init
opentofu -chdir=../ test

correction: terratest is not built in. Spacelift could potentially support running it and storing the resulting test-result files in whatever format with a nice dashboard
