Suppress Spacelift notifications on Github repositories

Feature Requests

We have some repos with feature controller running periodically on Spacelift, as such the comment sections of the repos has been receiving many notifications from the feature controller and this undermine the actual commit comments submitted by the developers. Can we suppress the deployment notifications in the Github Repo?

    Hey @derence-boxedand@Jeremy Bargar, the notifications come from Spacelift updating environments in GitHub. Do you use GitHub’s environments and deployments feature?

      Sure thing. Here’s an example of a PR that was open for a while. The problem is the

      1. spacelift notifications outnumbering human code review notifications 20 (or more!) to 1

      2. human action

      3. there are so many spacelift notifications that GitHub collapses them into “hidden items”, in which case we really lose track of human comments and updates inside, since we can’t even CMD-F search for them.

      It’s an unfortunate problem for us that increases miscommunication.

      Would be great to toggle these on/off, group them or throttle them somehow.
