Suppress Spacelift notifications on Github repositories

We have some repos with feature controller running periodically on Spacelift, as such the comment sections of the repos has been receiving many notifications from the feature controller and this undermine the actual commit comments submitted by the developers. Can we suppress the deployment notifications in the Github Repo?
