Sync all stacks at once

If i select multiple (or all stacks) and try to run sync as a bulk action it is greyed out because “Sync action is only allowed for stacks where the tracked commit is not equal to the head of the tracked branch.“.

It would be nice if it just would ignore those stacks and sync anyways.
