Temporarily disable Policies from UI

Some policies do not require label attachment to to evaluated, making it tough to disable them for all Stacks.

It would be nice to have a toggle that will globally disable a Policy without losing Sample history or deleting the Policy.

    Thanks for flagging this. You can disable a policy by inserting a single false condition—it’s fast, safe, and auditable without needing to delete or rewrite the logic. Here’s an example:

  false # temporarily disable
  input.run_updated.run.type == "TRACKED"
}

    We’re cautious about adding a UI toggle since bypassing policy is a high-trust move, and we want the implications to remain visible.
