Terraform API for changing login strategy
Before a login policy can be created and enforced, the organization login policy has to be changed from “user management” to “login policy”.
This change is manual only and there does not appear to be a Terraform resource for making the change.
This means that critical configuration in the organization cannot be managed as code.

Hey @Michel, so the lack of TF resource for changing the login strategy was done on purpose. We thought in the majority of cases, it’s a one-time thing to do, but if overlooked could cause a lot of chaos. I understand for companies that wish to have 100% of things terraformed, it might feel bad that there’s this one thing that you need to do via UI.
However, if you feel very strongly about it, we might be able to provide a workaround in the future :).
