Terraform Provider Public/Private in UI

It is not currently possible in the UI to:

  1. Create a provider and specify if public/private

  2. Change existing providers to/from public/private

However, the UI does have iconography that shows the public/private status.

Request is to add functionality to the UI to reach partity with the Terraform and GraphQL implementations.

Workaround
Yes. Terraform and GraphQL.
Problem
Developer wants to see the provider for their local use, outside of a Spacelift run. Administrator wants to flip the public/private for a total of a few seconds.
