Trigger notification policy more frequently for tracked runs

For proposed runs on PRs, it seems like they will trigger notification policy updates even for stopped/discarded runs or retries in the UI.

However, this doesn’t seem to happen for tracked runs. I know tracked runs post deployment events to the PR, but the messages alone don’t convey exactly what to do for someone less familiar with Spacelift.

Would it be possible to trigger the notification policy updates in more situations for tracked runs, like seemingly is happening already for proposed runs?
