Unintuitive UI for adding labels to resources

As we've been onboarding new ops users to Spacelift, pretty consistently people have been tripped up by needing to hit Enter on the labels they're adding in order for them to be saved. Commonly, someone wants to add a single label and nothing in the UI indicates that what they’ve entered hasn’t been “converted” to a saved label. I see there's a warning if you try to proceed without any labels attached, which does help somewhat in the case of a user trying to add a single label and not being aware that they need to hit Enter on it. That said, it seems like it would be more intuitive for Spacelift to either prompt the user to press Enter on the label they’ve typed, or to just automatically interpret what’s been typed-but-not-entered as a label to be added.
