Update Helm Charts to Support Rolling k8s Upgrade

We are using the self-hosted workers and need to be able to automatically roll out EKS node AMI upgrades. It would be great if the helm charts configure pods to have appropriate pod disruption budgets, and any other needed settings, so we can do a rolling upgrade and not disrupt runs-in-flight.
