View proposed runs that are pending review for my user

For context, we have setup a policy that requires approval from my team before changes are applied (if the stack plan output meets some condition). We have also setup a notification policy to notify my team in another system via webhook. The notifications work for the most part, but since we are doing approvals at the proposed vs. tracked run stage, we can often be notified multiple times to review the same change (i.e. someone opens a PR, which triggers a proposed run that requires our review, then quickly pushes a new commit to their branch which triggers another proposed run that requires our review and cancels the previous proposed run).

It would be ideal to view all stacks my team needs to review in one place within the spacelift dashboard.
