View Stack status in Dependencies tab

When a user views a Stack’s dependencies, they see all “Depends on” and “Depended on by” stacks in lists.

There should be an option to view the last status of each stack so a user can easily see if dependencies are actively building, or if there are active tasks for the downstream modules.
